To fully capture any interior space or intricate exterior facade requires a keen eye, attention to detail, and specialized equipment. Having previously worked directly for the Toronto Real Estate Board updating MLS and subsequently with virtual tour companies such as AdVirTours (where I shot upwards of 500+ homes and condos), I have extensive experience capturing architecture and dealing with the nuances of lighting, perspective, and staging.
An ultra-wide angle & fisheye lens, tripod, and flash allows me to capture all the detail and size of any space to properly showcase its features, depth, and dimensions — something that’s not possible with a point-and-shoot or smartphone camera.
I have shot numerous properties from Oakville to Oshawa to Ottawa, including ultra-exclusive buildings such as the Cheddington and 1 Post Rd in Toronto’s Bridal Path, and am experienced shooting tight spaces such as condos and apartments. I also work with designers, contractors, and decorators to capture and exhibit their work with before/after/in-progress/timeline shots.
Pricing for architectural shoots starts at $50/hr with a minimum 2 hour charge, within the Greater Toronto Area.
If you’re looking to provide a fully immersive experience, check out my virtual tour service which captures a full 360°x360° including the floors and ceilings!
